2. What’s your role within the business?
I am the first person customers see when they come into our relationship banking department, which is an area where complex financial needs are tackled by the best of the best. I love that I can help in just about every area of financial services to assist our customers.
3. What products or services does your business offer?
Every kind of financial service you can think of, from traditional banking to wealth management to brokerage. People are often surprised at the range of products and services we provide.
4. Who is your ideal customer or client?
I love people of all kinds so, my goodness, they are all special to me. I guess if you have any kind of financial question, we’d love to see you.
5. What inspired you to get into this line of work?
Great people who already worked at the bank. They thought I would be a good fit for the organization and encouraged me. They were right!
6. What’s one thing that sets your business apart?
An overwhelming commitment to excellence. Everyone truly cares about our customers, our fellow employees and our community.
7. What’s something you’re currently excited about in your business?
We recently began working with two of our sister banks, Central Bank of Audrain County and Central Bank of Moberly to help them grow. I’m looking forward to meeting lots of new people.
8. What’s a recent success or milestone you’re proud of?
For the 18th year in a row, Central Bank has been named one of the 100 best banks in the country by Forbes. In fact, we are in the top ten. Plus, S&P Global named us the #1 US Public Bank.
